Raisa was raised by both of her parents at Los Angeles, California. Irlanda Almendarez and Italia Almendarez. Francia can be the Italian word for France. Italia and Irlanda are both Italian names that refer to Italy. Virginia Almendarez's mother is Mexican as is Renan Almendarez comes from Honduras.
